Finished the week with 50km last run today was a slow recovery run with my wife Linh who doesn’t run much so was special

Treadmill helps the knees

Sore knees today so I jumped on the treadmill and punched out 10km and then jumped in the ice bath the knees are thanking me now.

Today I ran in the special issue perfect match socks 🧦 and looked the part see picture above this blog. I ran an easy 7km along lake Joondalup which is in Yellaginga Regional Park, another bird and native animal sanctuary nestled in metropolitan living it’s amazing to see the wildlife here a beautiful place to run or walk or ride.

Ran 7km along west coast drive starting at Trigg Beach out and back. My favourite strip of coastline in Perth.

Today I ran around lake herdsman a wetland nature reserve about 6km from the cbd of Perth. I try and run in different locations to motivate me to run more often. 7km again today well on my way to break 22km but hoping to crack 50km

Ran 7km in the light rain along the coast it was nice to be running outside despite the rain it was actually quite nice to run in. The ocean was a bit wild so no swim today.

Today I ran a steady pace in the light rain around lake Joondalup which is a nucleus of wild life kangaroos, birds and even tortoises amongst many other species habitat the area.
